How To Painlessly Remove/Prevent Ingrown Toenail

In this video I show you what causes an ingrown toenail and how to remove it painlessly. This also prevents it coming back, especially if you do this regularly. Please note that this technique has worked very well for my toes for a number of months, but I cannot guarantee it will work for everyone else as well. I suggest you try this method before taking to your foot with a craft knife - which some people seem to be advocating. Perhaps see a doctor if this doesn't help. *Note: You can also use a small nail file instead of using your finger - this works really well also.
