DOES RUNNING SHOE MIDSOLE DROP REALLY MATTER? EDDBUD

Running shoes come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Some have a very high aggressive drop from the heel to the forefoot, others have zero difference between the stack at the rear and front of the shoe.

Today i examine as to if it makes any difference to me, do i favour higher drop shoes or is it more the foam and features that make a shoe better?
