My thoughts on No Fins Freediving

Freediving no fins. Don't do it.

A personal friend of mine lost his life last year, but many other freedivers also lost their lives without their fins on during the past few years - rest in peace. I am sorry.

No fins should be seen as a competition discipline - in controlled conditions.
