Dance along with me in this follow-along hula, praising God for his great promises. We are dancing to 2 songs, with 2 hula moves - the hela and ʻôniu (or figure-8 hips). We start with a warm up to learn the moves. Stick around to the end for some outtakes!

"You are a promise keeper", "I will put my trust in you" say the lyrics of these songs. I am posting this video a couple months after it was recorded and these were my prayers at the time of recording. A door seemed to be opening to me and I was faced with fear and uncertainty. These lyrics fed my soul. Looking back two months later the Lord has ushered me through that open door and has blessed me and fulfilled His promise of not leaving my side. I hope you may be blessed also by this praise hula!
