Safe In The Arms Of Jesus -Fanny Crosby 안전하게 예수 품에 안겨서 Korean & English subtitles

This hymn by Fanny Crosby was adopted in Korea as the Korean hymn #476. However alas, Korean translator did not pay due attentiuion to the idea of "Safe" in the original lyrics which Fanny tried to convey. The Korean title was translated to mean "주 예수 넓은 품에 In the broad arms of Jesus", no mention of the Safety in Jesus. And so I did my best to come up with a translation faithful to the original lyrics.

이 찬송가는 신명기 33:27절에서 알려주는 하나님은 우리들의 피난처로 우리는 예수의 품안에서 안전(SAFE)하다는 개념을 노래한 것인데 한국 찬송가 476에서는 예수의 넓은 품안에서 편하다는 개념으로 번역되어 있다. 그래서 우리의 피난처인 예수안에서 안전하다는 개념을 밝히고저 원본에 충실한 번역을 시도하였다. 원본과 번역을 비교해 보시고 싶은 분은 아래 링크를 클릭하세요.
