Here is an example of an old school wrestling kettlebell circuit for conditioning. This workout is very accessible and all you need is a pair of kettlebells, which is not a huge investment. Sometimes when all else fails, we just need a simple solution like this.

Every single body-part will be worked in this circuit in a wrestling-specific manner; pushing, pulling, extending, etc… 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 10 rounds (which is 1 set), then this is repeated for 5 sets total (to emulate 5 consecutive wrestling matches).
