In today’s video, I give college advice for all you freshman out there about to head off to college.

The topics I touch on include how to avoid the infamous “freshman 15”, how to create healthy habits in college, making friends, avoiding burnout, the struggles (and fun) of adulting, how to achieve academic success, how to maintain balance and more!
