Tatra OT-64 Will It Start? Part 2

A week has past since part one of this series took place at George's house. He is in the process of selling this Tatra OT-64 amphibious military transport vehicle. 15 tons, 12 liter air cooled V8 diesel. We could get the engine to run on starting fluid sprayed into the intake, however we had not been able to get the engine to fire on diesel from the fuel system. We continue our Start Trek with a few new tools, and a few new ideas.
