My new Wal☆Mart power chair for $299.00! Review 3 weeks later....Junk!

okay first initial Impressions, I was impressed chair seemed to work fine like a driving a new car, after three weeks it felt like a Old Winter rat, still look good but the mechanical aspects of it felt loose and clunky and the backrest was getting a lot of play in it like it wasn't connected properly now I see why it was only $300, vibration part massage was so weak you can kind of feel it but it really did nothing except make noise, heat is in the lower back part and you didn't feel that till 5 minutes later, my Impressions now, avoid it like the plague!
