RQ-11B Raven - Gimbaled Sensor Payload

I've decided to update the RQ-11A to the RQ-11B with the Gimbaled Sensor Payload. Basically, that means it now has a steerable camera. Point the camera at a target and the Raven flies there. This is how the real Raven works too, and is what gave me the idea on how to solve the steerable camera problem.
