Realtor Dina Gorrell of Redfin (based in the Alexandria, Virginia and Falls Church, Virginia region) turned to Orion's Attic to cleanout a home that was long past time to get on the market. Unfortunately, the client wasted valuable time, energy and resources trying to run an estate sale. Estate sales are going the way of the dinosaur today -- and are rarely effective.
