Benefits of Moderation through Elimination

Initiating an elimination diet can be a significant first step towards improving health, yet persistent symptoms can be discouraging. In these cases, it’s essential to understand that the goal is not necessarily to eliminate certain foods indefinitely, but to allow your body the opportunity to recalibrate, or in other words, reset.

It's also possible that your reactions to wheat, gluten, and dairy are not due to allergies or intolerances but rather to overload. When you temporarily reduce these foods and then gradually reintroduce them, you might find that moderation is key and your body can handle them in smaller doses.
