The Club Aspire Lounge at Gatwick North Terminal.
I entered the lounge around 7am and there were only 3 customers inside at the time. The staff take your order at your table as there is no buffett service at the moment. I was asked within 2 minutes if I wanted a drink and then I ordered my breakfast which came within another 5 minutes.
The lounge got really busy by 07:30, to the point that there were no more tables available to sit. At that stage the service became very slow and it was obvious that the staff could not catch up with the workload and the orders.
The food and drinks choices were good and I enjoyed my time there.
Tip: if you go to the lounge at a time when it's not busy you will receive a good service. If the lounge is busy I would not go in at the moment.
