Otherwise, read articles and get informed on how these fires are spreading. It is a complex issue, and rather than feeling rage & blame towards one another, we can find ways to rally together to challenge the way we deal with situations like these, and to prevent them in the future, we need to unite humanity, not separate us.

If we are separated, if we are hostile to one another, then we can be controlled, we can be manipulated. We need gather information from a variety of different sources, and then build our perspectives. We cannot look just to the media for guidance. Read all kinds of articles, follow the bread crumb trails and look at videos posted by locals who are actually experiencing this event. We can take an event like this and become angry, or we as humanity can learn from this & open our eyes so as to create a world we wish to see. We are all co-creators of this reality. Our thoughts matter.

Be critical. After reading a variety of articles, it appears that the beef industry is fueling need for more farming land. Farmers will burn the rain forest to grow crops for cattle, this is extremely lucrative, thanks to the trade wars with China and the US, but it goes deeper than that. We want Brazilian farmers to have a decent living so we need to offer them another way help sustain themselves, an alternative. Supply and demand.

Remember, when the mass media is spreading news like "wild fire," be cautious. This is often because they are trying to distract us from some other devastation that is taking place that corporations and governments do not want us to know about, be aware, be a watchdog.
