One Of A Kind Kreg Jig K4 Pocket Hole Workstation With Kaizen Foam

You won't find a better looking Kreg Jig Workstation than this one! This pocket hole station has the 5 main features I was looking for.

Ever since I starting putting my shop together it has been a slow but steady process of building tool holders for my French cleat tool wall. I have many more (seemingly endless) shop organization upgrades, but in this video I build my long awaited Kreg jig workstation for my K4 Master System. This pocket hole maker is attractive and sleek in it's design so I found it fitting to make a pocket hole workstation to match.

I set out to accomplish 5 goals or features for this workstation. #1, I wanted be to able to hang it on my French cleat tool wall. #2, It had to be the right size. I didn't want something too big and bulky. Some people incorporated drawers and cubbies into workstation jigs and I found those to be too big for my liking. I wanted something a little less bulky and something that was a bit more sleek. #3, it had to be it's own independent workstation. #4, Of course it had to hold all of it's own accessories. For that I used Kaizen Foam. And #5, it had to be Sexy. It you want to make something sexy it has to have curves. I added a few curves but not too many and I feel strongly the final product is quite sexy.

I scoured the internet and YouTube and found all sorts of Kreg pocket hole jig workstations and found nothing like I have built. Needless to say I am quite proud of my design and overall final product. I was tempted to over design it but I think I found the sweet spot of attractive aesthetics. The titanium silver paint colors that I chose are not unique compared to the other K4 jigs out there but I color matched the blue paint to the blue color of the Kreg jig and that was really the cherry on top.
