How We Make Recycled Plastic Beads

Our recycled plastic beads have become one of our most popular products recently, particularly with crafters and jewellery makers.

Here you can see us making a bunch of 4mm beads in our Solar Flare colourway, which is probably one of our trickier ones to source, as orange and yellow are fairly hard to come by. Fortunately, thanks to lemon-scented bleach bottles and Mr Muscle bottles, we’re all stocked up.

Once the beads are all injected, then comes the long, but fairly satisfying task of snipping them all of the sprue. Though, when we're doing these in thousands, it does become a little tedious. But, we find it's nothing a good podcast can't fix.
