Arched Cabins out of the Houston area set out to design and manufacture tiny houses that they could sell for only $5k and they absolutely blew it out of the water! They can be made in widths ranging from 14’ to 24’ and any length that you choose and costs from $200 to $320 per linear foot (based on the width). The base price only includes the ribs, beams, paneling, flooring, and insulation but it’s a good start for a low price!

When it’s all said and done, a 20’ long 320 square foot house will end up costing you as low as $7,500 or up to $14,000 if you have the company do it all for you. They come in 20 different colors and are extremely well-made. This is what the shell looks as it’s being made:

And this is what they can look like when completed! Talk about a transformation! We love the chunky wood against the wrought iron accents. The ceilings are extremely high for a tiny house thanks to the arched design of the cabin.

This particular model was completed with a rustic look which would be perfect for a lodge or hunting cabin. Notice the tree trunks that are used to support the loft! A wood burning stove is the heart of the home and will keep the whole place warm during winter.

The cabins were designed to be versatile and so they can be used for anything from an animal shelter to an upscale home. The large space inside lets you do anything you’d like as in this case where the owners designed a large living room with two separate seating areas. The addition of French doors and large windows keeps the space light and bright.
