Dr. Madana Kumar was named the “Chief Learning Officer of the Year” for 2014, and again in 2015, at a National Level event, for his leadership in transforming the Learning & Development function of the current organisation. He was named the Talent Development Champion of the year in 2015 by Skillsoft Corporation USA for his innovative leadership in UST.
