This trip takes us from the fashion capital of Milan through the historic streets of Bologna, before continuing to the Adriatic gateway of Ancona. From here, we cross the sparkling sea by ferry to Split, where coastal beauty meets ancient Roman heritage, then journey south along the Dalmatian coast to the walled city of Dubrovnik. Our route weaves through the rugged landscapes of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, passing the capital Podgorica, before entering Albania and its vibrant capital Tirana. We continue into North Macedonia, stopping in the charming town of Bitola, then head south into Greece, arriving in the historic capital of Athens. From Athens bustling port, we sail across the Mediterranean to Cyprus, exploring the coastal city of Limassol, continuing to Larnaca, and finally concluding our journey in the divided yet captivating capital of Nicosia. This adventure blends coastal charm, ancient history, and diverse cultures into an unforgettable Mediterranean journey.

The game is a direct sequel to the 2008 game Euro Truck Simulator and it is the fourth video game in the Truck Simulator series.
