Taking Stock of where our pantry staples are at and coming up with our canning Preservation to do list. My goal every year is to put up enough meat and vegetables to see us through to the next harvest season and beyond. Every year my maturity grows managing my own homestead pantry. In this video I share where my pantry stock is at mid summer, go over items I need to preserve for the year, and share some of my favorites and things as well as items I won't can again.
