Best Actress NOT Nominated - 1990s

This is sort of a reboot of my earlier videos paying homage to overlooked performances. I am starting with the 90s, as I'm an 80s baby and this is the decade I know the most about growing up. These ladies failed an Oscar nomination, but deserve recognition. Yes, I do like to give props to the gals doing comedy- it's not an easy feat. So you'll see a nice mix of different types of genres.
