The package butler is a way to security hold your mail and small to mid sized packages securely until you get home to retrieve them. While I cannot say it is the perfect device, it does help solve a problem that occurs all over the world. If I was to give a tip to anyone installing this at their home, make sure to add good, simple instructions on how to use it. I did have a few delivery people that couldn't figure it out really, all though the majority of them got it just fine.
