Wild opera

In May 2019, the Chamade sailboat was once again transformed into an artist's residence. For a crazy project with two artists, a little crazy too… Magda Krysztoforska and David Beucher.
This is the opera house that plunges you into the wilderness of British Columbia. In company of this soprano and this tenor of the Warsaw opera we explored the links between nature and inspiration, making "Desolation Sound" a fantastic opera decor. Immersed in the heart of this very wild region, David and Magda shared their passion for opera not only with the inhabitants of a few indigenous villages, but also with sea lions and grizzly bears.
