Jason Zinoman Interviews Merrill Markoe, April 13, 2018

To commemorate the release of his softbound edition of _Letterman: The Last Giant of Late Night,_ author and NY Times comedy critic Jason Zinoman interviewed Merrill Markoe, the brains and talent behind Dave's early national broadcasting success. The event took place at Books Are Magic in Brooklyn on the evening of April 13, 2018.

Pardon the exposure issues during the clips. I wanted to capture Merrill's reactions as they were played, and so the iPhone video suffered from the lighting contrasts.
