Family Reunion Visa in Germany for non-EU members (Taglish) ∣ GerMangyan

Important Informations that I was not able to explain thoroughly in the video:

According to germany-visa.org
The foreign family member to be joined must hold any of the ff residence titles:

🤔has now a residence permit and is allowed to stay more than a year in Germany, and the marriage was done before the foreigners has taken the residence title

🤔has now or had before a residence permit for 2 years

🤔has now a settlement permit

🤔 has EU Blue Card

🤔 has EU long-term residence permit.

Such residence permit is given to candidates whose foreign family members already living in Germany, ade there with a residence title for studies, for the RECOGNITION of their PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (Anerkennung) , to work as visiting scholar or academic staff, or to work as a teacher.

So that means kahit na di ka pa licensed nurse as long as you are now 2 years and more here na nabigyan ng residence permit, you are eligible to get your family in the Philippines.

Have fun watching and don't forget to hit like, share and SUBSCRIBE! 😁
