MUSICIAN LISTENS TO 'MAMMA MIA' BY MANESKIN! (First Listen)

Hello everyone, and welcome back to my channel! In today's video, I listened to Maneskin's new song for the first time, 'Mamma Mia'. Very much in the vain of 'I wanna be your slave', their new song was a uprising 'kiss off' anthem for the journalists and critics who have previously associated the band with rock stereotypes such as excessive dr*g use and alcohol abuse, which the band has constantly denied (and rightly so!). Victoria's bass playing (awesome btw) was showcased so much in this song which was a pleased about, and the sound expressed a more funk rock element. As per usual, I much enjoyed the build up 'middle eight' and 'outro' elements of the song, which Maneskin seem to master. Alongside 'Zitti e Buoni' and 'La Paura Del Buio', I can add 'Mamma Mia' to the list of songs which contain some of the best 'last third' section.

There were elements that sounded quite similar to 'I wanna be your slave' which to me really showcase that they have an individual style and a recognisable style in their music!
