CHEMEX RECIPE:
1. 40g Coffee
640g Water

2. Water Temperature: 200F

3. Time
0:00 Pour 80g of water and let "bloom" or de-gas
0:45 Pour up to 350g (small center circle)
1:15 Pour up to 450g (Center)
1:30 Pour up to 600g (Center)
1:45 Pour up to 640g (Center)
2:00 Done pouring

4. Evaluate:
- Should finish brewing between 4:15 -5:00
- Should have a concave bed that reflects the the cone shape of the vessel

- If bed is not concave pour in the center or tighten your pour circle.
- After adjusting your pour, if the extraction is to short, make your grind size FINER (like sand). If your extraction is to long make your grind size COARSER (like rocks).

V60 RECIPE:
1. 20g Coffee
320g Water

2. Water Temperature: 200F

3. Time
0:00 Pour 60g of water and let "bloom" or de-gas
0:30 Pour up to 200g (small center circle working out)
0:45 Pour up to 300g (small center circle working out)
1:00 Pour up to 320g (Center) - Done pouring

4. Evaluate:
- Should finish brewing between 1:55 - 2:15 (for most of our coffees)
