Yoichi Kotabe (小田部羊一) Animation

Scenes animated by Japanese animator Yoichi Kotabe (小田部羊一, b.1936). He's a master of designing and animating cute animals, and he developed a stylized wave animation style in Toei. Later he joined Nintendo and worked on Mario, Zelda and Pokemon series as an illustrator and designer. His designing style has a huge impact on many Nintendo characters including Mario and Pikachu!
