How to stop negative thinking | personality development | Motivational speech in Hindi | New Life
Your mind is your greatest friend & enemy. If you have control on your mind then that's your friend & if mind controls you then that's your enemy.
Nowadays despite everything, people are not Happy because they can't control their mind. if you wanna get peace of mind and relax in your life then you must remember these five points-
1. Be selective for what you are listening and watching; inhale positivity & exhale negativity.
2. Change your emotional and physical diet.make some set rules that I'll never think about any negative thought & be moral .
3. Make your morning positive & healthy.start the day with reading a book, do prayer& exercise.
4. Don't over use electronic gadgets. Don't be habituated of your phone.
5. Do meditation atleast 15 mins in a day, by doing regular meditation you'll feel the real peace and happiness in your life.
If you follow above points then you will be happy and no one can stop you to be successful.
