Should Minors Be Allowed in the Lolita and EGL Fashion Community ?

Today we'll be discussing whether or not minors should be allowed to not only dress in lolita fashion but also if they should be allowed to be a part of the EGL community. Whether that is in an online Facebook space, such as Big Sisters of Lolita Fashion or Closet of Frills or just local community pages, or if minors in lolita should be allowed to attend meet ups.

What do you think? Should minors be allowed in this alternative fashion? Why or why not?

Also if anyone remembers this thread, please let me know. I looked all over RuffleChat and Forget Mana, I'm Telling Tyler, but I can't seem to find it??
