In this video Salvatore Vinciguerra travels to Plains, Georgia to visit the Jimmy Carter National Historic Site. Salvatore first gives you a tour of Plains High School which houses a museum which holds artifacts related to former President Jimmy Carter's early childhood, political career as a senator, governor, and as the 39th president of the United States of America. The museum also includes artifacts that relate to after Jimmy Carter's Presidency with the founding of the Carter Center, Habitat for Humanity, and other philanthropic organizations that Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter founded and still participate in today. The town of Plains as a lot to offer its guests with antique shops, cafes and much more.
