Vizix Flight Simulation Autopilot Control Panel - First Look & Set-Up Tutorial! [Hardware]

Flight Simulation hardware is a big business but there are always gaps in the market, and areas that get improved upon all the time. Vizix in a US-based workshop ran by Jeff, a channel subscriber here - and like us, an avid Flight Simmer too!

Jeff set to work creating an Autopilot Control Panel fit for Microsoft Flight Simulator (and X-Plane too) and is now selling these very packs! All 3D Printed and made to order with configurable buttons and dials plus linked displays, I take a look at the one I received and share my thoughts with you. They are made in the US and shipped from the US - though shipping rates were reasonable for me in the UK and I had no issues receiving the package within 2 weeks.

I also add a bit of a tutorial on how to set these up should you want to buy one too! It's pretty easy - and it works very well with the profiles already created (especially with the flybywire A32NX!)

It's a great bit of hardware for flight simming and I can see it coming in really handy when either flying and enjoying wing views whilst being vectored (no need to jump back into the flight deck to change heading!) or release your work load when you are getting a lot thrown at you by ATC on VATSIM!
