Donkey Kong Country 3: Part 18: Squirt's Showdown (Boss 3)

Squirt is a giant hermit crab that fights from behind the waterfall. He can't hurt you directly, but he will spray water at you in an attempt to push you off the ledges and make you plummet to your death.

For this boss battle, you have to play as Ellie, and use her trunk to shoot water right into Squirt's eyes when they're open and in front of the waterfall. If you hear wild yelling, then you’ve successfully damaged him.

Do this enough times to both of his eyes to defeat him, leading to Dixie and Kiddy to leave Cotton-Top Cove.

Defeating Squirt makes him spit out a ski. Funky Kong can do something with this, but only after you find the other ski that goes to it.

Time to search for that ski in a different area!
