Aftermath features a brand-new cinematic story centered around trust and deceit. Fire God Liu Kang, the new keeper of time and protector of Earthrealm, looks to secure the future he envisions. In order to do so, he is forced to enlist the help of some unlikely allies and familiar foes. We will have to decide who we can trust and who we must defeat with fate on the line, and forge a new history.

The Aftermath expansion is what you've come to expect from a Mortal Kombat story mode. There's nothing new here, but that's not a bad thing. We just want to get some fun fights in and see some cool, crazy, off-the-wall story. If you like MK9, MKX, and MK11, there's no reason why you won't love this one. We hope you enjoy!
