In today's video, I discuss if social media is ruining our mental health. I mainly focus on how our body image and self-esteem is effected through instagram models, influencers, facetune & plastic surgery; as well as the pressures we feel on social media by constantly looking at peoples lives, especially celebrities and influencers and how this affects our mental health and self-worth. I then briefly touch on internet hate and cyber bullying and how social media has changed our life as a whole.
