This is the 1st video in a series of clips in which I'll show you how to install a Nexus 7 tablet as an all-in-one solution for your in-car entertainment. Next video will be physically connecting everything in the car.

In this video I run through the software I've installed to make the tablet function seamlessly as an OEM-looking unit. This will transform your Nexus 7 from a good Android tablet to an outstanding, extremely flexible and customizable tablet that's ready to drop into your dash. It will stay on in a deep sleep state and wake when the car is turned on. This combination of software makes it easy to navigate the tablet and allows multiple apps to be displayed on the same screen at the same time among other things.
