SAMARRA, IRAQ: Ancient Water Palace
We got special permission to visit this amazing underground Khalifa Water Palace in the city of Samarra, Iraq. November 2021. It can be quite difficult to travel to Samarra but it's one of the most interesting travel destination in Iraq so highly recommend it! Lots of security and check points but so worth it.
