आज श्री राम जन्म भूमि के भव्य मुख्य शिखर पर 42 फुट ऊँचा ध्वज दण्ड स्थापित किया गया...बता दें कि सुबह साढ़े 6 बजे से ध्वज दंड स्थापित करने की विधिवत प्रकिया शुरू की गई.....विधिपूर्वक मंत्रोच्चार और धार्मिक परंपराओं का पालन करते हुए प्रक्रिया 8 बजे तक संपन्न हुई...वहीं ध्वज दण्ड स्थापना के इस शुभ अवसर पर कोई नेता मंत्री मौजूद नहीं रहा ।
