The process of making screen printing sandals

Sandal motifs with screen printing techniques are common. There is another way to make a sandal motif by ironing it. The method of ironing is not like ironing clothes in general, because this is the medium in sandals so you have to practice.

The steps to make screen printing sandals:
1. Prepare a sandal design motif that will be attached to the sandal.
2. After the motif is ready, prepare the EVA sponge size of the sandal to be pasted.
3. Heat / prepare the iron.
4. After the iron is hot, start the printing process.

Sandal printing process:
- Put the illustrated paper on the Eva sponge, iron it until the image moves to the sponge.
- flip print ready to use.

Make sandals
- The shape of the pattern on the sponge that has been affixed with the motif.
- Put on the sandal sling.
- Make the bottom tread (eva sponge + rubber)
- Unite the tread up and down
- Slice the sandals with a cutter knife.
