A minor dispute over air-conditioner installation dust in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi escalated into allegations of racial abuse when a UPSC aspirant from Arunachal Pradesh and her two roommates were reportedly harassed by their neighbours. According to the women, neighbours Harsh Singh and Ruby Jain allegedly used derogatory and racially charged language, accusing them of being sex workers and running a massage parlour for ₹500 — comments deeply offensive to the victims and the broader Northeast community.
