-scissors
-scrap paper

This is a under 5 dollars or less on a budget craft and easy no sew tutorial. Learn how to make no sew cat ears no sew fox ears no sew dog ears or no sew animal ears. Whichever one you'd prefer to call it! They are inexpensive and beginner friendly :) This is a kid friendly craft and family friendly party craft idea. These can be made as a Easter themed craft for the whole family. Ofcourse assistance may be needed for the hot glue craft part!
These may also be used as a kawaii neko cosplay or a cat maid or cat girl or cat anime girl accessory.
