UPDATES: So the PMS balm is interesting. It has a bit of a warning sensation on contact and does indeed feel soothing (especially on sore muscles, ie if your lower back aches during that time). Smart approach as a topical alternative to use epsom salt, which also offers hydration in addition to muscle soothing.
