Change of plans... looking at rentals and leaving Utah

We had an absolute blast visiting our friends @The Beeston Fam in Utah! Now we have to make a decision on where we're going move. We though we wanted to live somewhere warm like Hawaii, but now Utah is calling our name. We need to make a decision fast.
