I have stayed at Renaissance many times in the last 3 years, all trips are paid for, but as a Gold Marriott member some perks are offered as per standard Marriott policy.

This hotel is opposite Bukit Nanas monorail and a 10 min walk or less to KL Tower or KLCC Twin Towers, Pavilion is a simple 2 monorail stations away at Bukit Bintang.

The West Wing of the property has gone under a major renovation and all rooms and suites have been totally refreshed, with most rooms average 40 Sqr as East Wing are an average of 30 Sqr.

As of May 2019 to August 2019 West Wing Reception lobby will close for major renovation and check in will be conducted in the East Wing, once this is complete East Wing will close and go under major renovation and a Re-Brand as when the hotel was opened and operated as New World and Renaissance. I won't publish the new branding as I'm not sure if its public knowledge.
