Why Online Shopping Feels Like a Total Gamble

Whenever I shop online, I realize just how much we’re forced to take a leap of faith. You can read all the product descriptions and scroll through endless reviews, but at the end of the day, there’s always that lingering doubt — is this actually what I think it is? Reviews are supposed to give us confidence, but with fake ones flooding the internet, it's harder than ever to know what’s real.

The truth is, online shopping strips away one of the most important parts of buying something: physically interacting with the product. You can’t feel it, test it, or really judge it until it shows up at your door. That’s why so many of us end up stuck in a frustrating cycle of trial and error.

It's something I think we don't talk about enough, especially with how much we rely on online shopping now. We deserve a better, more trustworthy experience.
