This is a bittersweet video to make but I wanted to share regardless since I’m not sure a lot of you know how in love I am with fitness. I never was into fitness or making sure I was taking care of my body until Paul came into my life. He is a professional skateboarder that has the most insane fitness and recovery schedule…that’s when I started going to Dr. Eddie and the BDX fam consistently for 4 years (Paul has been going for 10+). They had to close their doors to focus on a larger location but that is not close to Paul and I so we decided to bring BDX to us. I am taking you along this journey with hopes it inspires you heading into the New Year to tackle any part of you that is thinking, “ I could be treating my body a little bit better” whether that’s simply stretching every night or working out.
