Late fashion photographer Herb Ritts once claimed that it was impossible to take a bad photograph of German supermodel Claudia Schiffer. Magazine estimated her worth a decade later at around 55million US dollars. Despite all this, she says her earlier years were hard, her familyʼs wealth and her height – five feet 11inches – alienating her from her peers as a shy, awkward teenager.
