RHB Bank Berhad Annual General Meeting 2020

Amid the evolving COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia and in view of the enforcement of the Conditional Movement Control Order, RHB Bank Berhad (RHB Bank) had recently held its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Friday, 29 May 2020 at 10.00 a.m. at the broadcast venue at Meeting Room 3, Level 16, Tower Three, RHB Centre, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. This was RHB Bank's first ever virtual AGM where shareholders participated and voted using Remote Participation and Voting facilities. The audited financial statements of RHB Bank for the financial year ended 31st December 2019, together with the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports, were duly received by the shareholders. All resolutions tabled during the AGM were also duly passed by the shareholders of RHB Bank.
