Canning Salsa & Making Tomato Powder

We eat a lot of salsa, and we are pretty particular about what we like! Although the grasshoppers didn't eat all of my tomato plants, I still am only getting a limited harvest. So I went to the farmers market and bought what I needed. Hopefully I will get enough tomatoes out of my garden to make at least one more batch!
