Step by Step on how to do white belt kata taikyoku shodan performed by Jason Leung Sensei 4th dan in shotokan Karate. There are 20 moves in this shotokan kata. They consist of gedan barai and oi tsuki. These are the only two techniques that are required, as well as a good zenkutsu dachi or front stance. Make sure to distribute your weight 70 percent to the front and 30 percent in the back.
